Agreed Custody and Visitation Orders

Many individuals with children, whether married or not, find themselves in agreement on issues of custody and visitation and wish to avoid the need of messy litigation involving the child/children of the relationship.  Even when parties are in agreement, it is wise to ensure that agreement is documented and filed with the court.  Verbal agreements cannot be enforced by law enforcement personnel should a problem arise such as if visitation is being denied or custody not returned.  Court orders and agreed court orders can be enforced to ensure the safety and protection of all parties.  Protect yourself and your children and contact our office to make certain that your custody and visitation situation is outlined appropriately in a court order.
